I have dealt with different embroidery companies over the years. NONE COMPARE with the friendly service and responsiveness of Metro. My experience started about 9 months ago when I took in a photo of something I wanted to put on a shirt. They made a Perfect duplicate of the photo into an embroidery logo. I was so pleased that I bought several shirts from them for myself, my grandkids and several friends. I also bring my own apparel to be embroidered when I have something that they don't have. I called in advance & got a very nice woman on the phone who was able to give me a price immediately for embroidering my golf bag. I arrived an hour later & they said it might take a week since it was right before Christmas but I was in no rush. Two days later, I got a call it was ready. The work they did is fantastic & exceeded my expectations! I will definitely use them again for anything else I needed embroidered. I am thrilled with the awesome service today!!! My child received a team shirt missing a number on the back. I popped in with the shirt and asked if Metro could number it. I asked if I could have it done today or drop it off on Monday because she has a game tomorrow. Jen came out of the back and said whatever machine was needed was warm and proceeded to number the shirt while I went to lunch. Super happy she will match her team tomorrow!!! I dropped off a gift to be embroidered and discussed size and what I wanted. When I picked it up it was half the size, and was told the person didn't feel it was proportional to the item. I am under the impression you should get what you order. So I then asked if I would be getting money back due to the fact it was not what I ordered and half the size and was told NO. I was under the impression when you pay for something that's what you should get and so much for the customer is always right. There is another embroidery place one block down on Tony Pena. My boyfriend had a soccer jersey embroidered here, front & back, and they were very reasonably priced! Customer service was friendly & helpful. They were able to get it done in less than 24 hours, which was great because we had to leave town. Only downfall is the limited parking, difficult to get in & out of. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! If you are trying to get the best "bang for your buck" DO NOT GO HERE!!! We spent close to $1000 for 40 shirts and 1000 business cards and we couldn't even go into the shop to try the shirts on first! We had to just guess what size would fit best and sadly the size small was too big still and there was nothing I could do afterwards. Told us the cards would be $100 but charged us TWICE! Once for $135 then in person for $95! Completely a waste of time and money. Plus they took over a month to get everything done. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR MONEY WISELY! Plus the man in the back, completely rude and did not listen to anything we told him about how we wanted our business cards to look. Plus the first time they showed us the draft, EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. The logo, phone number, and email. Just a complete waste of our money. This company robbed us and now we have trash business cards and shirts that don't fit. read more
