Great spot for a hotel restaurant! Our first time in Binz and we didn't realize how hard it was to get a table for dinner. Maxim got us in and we enjoyed a delicious shrimp starter (with garlic, ginger, and chilis), plaice, and a great fillet of beef (the best my wife has had in Germany). The waiter was nice despite our lack of German and the heat of summer. read more
