One thing made me give them a 4 star instead of 5. Employers choose how long to pay you through the agency. My company kept me on as temp for 6 mos. (to reduce their fees), that was significantly longer than the 2-3 months I had expected. This delayed my company benefits and pay increase. (Typically you are only paid a small fraction of what the company pays the agency, so I was open to the idea of a lower pay during the temp. process, since the staff assured me (correctly) their actual hiring salary was in my range...). I ended up in a great company with an out-of-state headquarters. The placement process made the hiring process easier for my out -of-state interviewers and gave me access to a wonderful company!

Sure enough, I was placed on a temp-to-perm assignment with a company that turned out to be a perfect fit. The company chose to keep me on as a temp for several months before permanency, and during that time my staffing manager, Linda, was excellent at keeping in contact with me regularly for any questions or concerns. When time came to discuss permanency, Linda was right there helping it to be as smooth a transition as possible. I have highly recommended Accountemps as a choice staffing agency to several friends, and will continue to do so.

I found them by chance while searching indeed for temp jobs and they put me to work the next day helping out at a one day event at BSU then they found me a gig passing out milkshake samples at a grocery store and I just got done working my first shift at my favorite gig they've gotten me thus far, bell ringing for the salvation army !! Since I was a little girl I've always wanted to bell ring for the salvation army and I applied with them at one point and got turned down because of my already busy work schedule but I tried again with Elwood Staffing's help they got me in so now I get to spread Christmas cheer and help earn money to go to those in need during the holiday season in my spare time ! Shout out to Maelee who has especially been helpful to me and answers all my questions! Once I told her I didn't have a resume, she ghosted me. About a week later I had made a resume and sent it to her. Zero response that it was even received. That was several weeks ago. The one position is still on their website, stating it was posted 7 days ago...hmm. I think they post bogus positions, with great hours, to get people in there to apply. Sad way to run a business. Communication is key, and they lack that one important quality.

You were honorably discharged, never missed a day of work. Employer does not want pay higher taxes and starts the witch hunt? How is it your fault or issue? Why do people have to fight for duly earned benefits? Is it like some recently created local tradition? Rural Idahoans already have issues accessing proper medical care, now that? Law&order should get restored. Believe me there are some comprehensive reforms coming and this DINO (Department in Name Only) wastes a lot of money just making people jump through the bureaucratic hoops and contributing to creating false narratives when it comes to jobs and unemployment stats. Some employees are dishonest and lack integrity and will not mail you the important documents in timely manner. Wish to see half of those "public servants" laid off to see how they'd feel on the other side of job hunting in Idaho.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We did some shopping in their proshop area for all of our gear and they offered us a generous discount for purchasing our boat with them! We did a demo on the water the day we picked it up and learned about all the features on the boat. We had a minor issue once we got back to the house, but Chad was there to answer our questions after hours and fixed the problem without hesitation. Chip got back to us quickly, said the damage looked pretty bad, and he would need to see it before he could put together the repair estimate. I dropped the boat off and Chip got back quickly via email, with numerous pictures of all the visible damage especially under the boat. The impact caused extensive cracks radiating several feet beyond the fiberglass damage. Unfortunately, the repair estimate was more than we had thought, and our insurance told us it would be totaled. Chip had stored our boat for a couple weeks, and even though I offered to pay him for his time, he refused. I did see an example of their repair work, and you could tell that the side of the boat had been damaged! If your boat needs fiberglass repairs, see Chip!
