None of that was disclosed before I purchased the Groupon. When I asked how I was supposed to get a refund, I was simply told to "contact Groupon." There was no offer to help and no indication that the Groupon should have been removed while services were unavailable. If you're unable to accept new clients, your Groupon should be paused or removed so people aren't paying for services they can't receive. This situation wasted my time and left me having to chase down a refund myself. It felt very unprofessional, and I would not recommend purchasing any promotions from this business unless you first confirm they are actually accepting appointments.
