They have good customer service and aim to please, but unfortunately not all lash tech are created equal. I have experienced uneven quality even in the type of lashes used on me. It's best to pick on tech and stick with that person anywhere, but at this place you won't even get the same quality of artificial lash from tech to tech so your REALLY can't switch tech. Over all, I find the place clean, polite and convenient and all staff I met were nice and welcoming. Unfortunately though, I have some lower quality sets of lashes and one really bad brow wax experience (where the tech waxed thinner than my micro bladed line... what? there's a tattooed line to guide you, why remove MORE hair?) That said, I am picky, so I think it's still a solid 4 stars and would recommend. Just don't go there for the first time on the eve of your wedding. Give yourself some time to build a relationship with your tech. They definitely aim to please so give them the time to figure you out. read more

I followed on Instagram the owner of celebrity lashes for over a year for powder brows. I decided to book an appointment with Shelly. I just wanted my brows to look more filled in and sexier.I also decided to do lip blushing because I have hyper pigmentation on my lip and I wanted to cover it up. Before we started the process of powder brows. We discussed what shape and color I wanted. Shelly drew on brows first before we started the procedure. Honestly, I was terrified of feeling pain or discomfort. I never felt any pain during the process for my brows or lips. I expressed to Shelly that I wanted a natural pink lip color. I actually choose a color that was too light. These color fade 50 to 70 percent . During my touch up Shelly recommended a cranberry color. I don't wear dark lipstick but it looked red. After a week it is a light pink color. I'm very happy with my results. The healing process wasn't so bad. My lips peeled after a few days. My eyebrows never got any scabs. Everyone heals differently, I actually have very sensitive skin so I was surprised not to see noticeable scabs. I experienced dryness and peeling which is natural. Honestly, I wish that I would of gone darker the first time with the lip color because these colors really do fade to a very light natural color. Shelly is awesome. I have to say, I was a bit nervous as I had bad experiences in the past, but I had a great experience with Kayleen for my Ombre Eyebrows. She was knowledgeable and explained every step in detail which was very comforting. She matched the color perfectly and followed all of my requests. I love my brows, not too harsh and edgy, but I can fill them in if I wanted to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I decided to see if I could get a same day appointment for lash extensions and to my surprise Arielle had a opening. The fact that I was able to get an appointment for the same day, automatically gave them brownie points. It's very hard, schedule wise, for me to book a future appointment so being able to get a same day appointment is what works for me. Everyone I met was so pleasant. Not only did my lashes come out amazing but it was so relaxing I fell asleep. The appointment was quick but calming and the prices are fair. I went back today for a lash fill with Arielle again and will continue to do so from here going forward. Can't wait to book other services with them as well. They offer quite a few different cosmetic procedures so being able to have a "one stop shop" to do everything makes life more convenient! Went here 3 times for classic eyelash extensions. Within a week I had lost almost all my lashes. I've been getting lashes done for years now and I take excellent care of my lashes, so thus wasn't my fault. I'm sorry but I don't understand these excellent reviews here. I went for a teeth whitening here for $100 plus tip and it did not whiten them at all. I'm not a daily coffee drinker or a smoker so my teeth aren't that yellow/stained and I should have gotten some type of result from a 1 hr session . Personally their whitening system did not work for me at all. I wouldn't go back or refer any friend's. read more

So I've followed them on Instagram. I bought my mom a gift certificate for teeth whitening it was a ok outcome. Just recently business have been closed due to Covid and I seen they posted they were opening Mon May 4th. So as you know Palm Beach County was not part of phase 1 reopening yet. Miami, Broward and palm beach weren't allowed too yet. So I simply told them I don't think you can reopen yet. They deleted my comment and blocked me.
