To keep a long story short, they make up a lot of excuses for the many errors they make. They try to gaslight you into thinking they are doing you a favor by fixing their own mistakes. They try to blame the errors on you or it "previously" being there. They claim they will work with you but when their works returned, they literally were huffing and puffing out loud about having to fix their work. I have all texts and evidence and will be filing to a contractor state license board complaint and having a second opinion on the work done. The starting point was a beautiful hand designed wallpaper with the dominant color being royal blue. Samantha incorporated that blue big time, covered up an ugly brick fireplace with beautiful tile and found amazing items, like a vintage dining table, interesting light fixtures and custom cushions and a huge mirror. The workmen who did the work were excellent. It took time, Covid is making things harder, but it all came together beautifully. Both rooms are functional and beautiful.
