At rock box fitness they lure you in with false claims of a free trial class. It happened to me,…read morethey then, asked me to pay a fee for gloves and subsequently charged me almost $2000 with no consent of mine. They called me to ensure I would attend the "free class" but when it comes to charging me a large sum of money on a card I never shared the information to,I didn't even get an email confirmation of a transa or call asking if I had chosen to enroll. Dirty way of doing busines. They also provide little to no help in trying to resolve the issue. All the sudden ppl are too busy. They have provided me with absolutely no service as of yet and i don't intend to attend their classes, yet I won't be reimbursed.

Coach Kali (Khalfani Porter) is an encouraging and enthusiastic instructor and keeps an eye on you to personally give tips or correct your form. If you're a newbie like me, don't hesitate to come take classes! If you've got some experience, he is the real deal and is good for training. Classes are engaging, instructors are amazing, facilities always clean and orderly. 10/10 would recommend! For working adults, there are both early morning classes (6 am) and evening classes (7pm ish). Also the app is great for checking the class schedule, as I always forget.

Master Mike was the only one I felt really understood the goals for my son. From the 1st day we walked in the door everyone was so welcoming and encouraging with him. He has come a long way and truly earned every stripe and belt graduation. We can go as many nights a week we want and Saturday mornings. It is truly a fantastic school.

Each class we learn something new and the instructors make sure that we are doing the moves correctly, thus not injuring ourselves. Mr Mike teaches most of the classes and he's great! Very energetic and passionate about his craft. He helps get you sweating those pounds off in the short and quick 50min classes. In a few months, I dropped a dress size and lost about 15 pounds! The option to go Mon thru Sat is awesome too and the schedule is accommodating to the busy-bee. The other members that go there are friendly and cheer each other on, so there is a lot of support.
