I then received a letter from the IRS for a question on one certain line of my return that was originally clearly explained. So I contacted Chris and he checked it for me, drafted the letter of explanation and even sent me back the IRS letter with highlighted information so there would be no more questions. He turned this all around in a day which I greatly appreciated since the IRS put a time limit on my return paperwork. This is my 8th year with Maximum Return and they have never let me down. Chris Golden and his staff have als way been great to me and have explained everything along the way. The best thing is the online portal, I used to have to come in for an appointment and now I can scan all my documents and upload them. Something you never see anywhere is their response time. Very efficient. Taxes were done quickly. I received text as soon as done with link to esign if I wanted (which I did and worked great). Paid them through the site, but in between that they were on the phone letting me know I could come in and sign and offered help with the esigning if needed. Very friendly. Great service.
