I go to the fitness classes. 3 days of Boot camp, 2 days of Zumba..with a little Insanity-like workout thrown in there for good measure. Yes there is only 1 class per day (12 pm)..but that is what makes it so personal. If you don't show up, everybody knows it. No fancy clothes or hairdo's here. We all go back to work afterward; sweaty, tired, but accomplished. This is not a place for the undedicated. The trainers WILL challenge you personally...come, but be ready to work. It's an addiction.
