Plus, it's right next door to Dairy Queen... what more could you ask for? But what really stood out to me was the employee working during my visit. His name is Billy, and I was genuinely impressed. First, I noticed him sweeping the parking lot (who even does that anymore?). Then he was cleaning off the picnic tables, and later blowing leaves off the course. He wasn't being supervised--he was simply taking pride in his work. In a time when it's hard to find people who go above and beyond, Billy truly stood out. If I owned a business, I'd be trying to recruit him in a heartbeat. Kudos to Billy for his outstanding work ethic, and kudos to Mentor Mini Golf for having such a dedicated employee. Don't worry they still sold us the food and drinks out of that fridge. No idea how long it was off for. Having to take the ball out of sand traps during peak season should automatically drop the rate below $50. The course used to be in great shape, and now we pay more for a terrible golf experience. Maybe I'm missing something and only members get to see where this money is going, but I don't see any reason to play this course anymore at the rate it's currently at.
