During the work he cancelled out of a few days in which he was supposed to come over which caused the work to back up. I took a few things off the to-do list to make it more realistic. Since he was running out of time, he began to hurry thru the remaining few items taking shortcuts and not finishing them correctly. I did not notice until he was done. After I saw them I ignored those items and asked him if he could stop out and finish 1 small item he could not get to. He said he would and then sent me the bill. I paid the bill in full thnking he would honor his word and stop back to fix it. (it was actually something he caused when he was fixing something related to it.) After I contacted him he promised to come over several times and gave me dates and times he was going to stop but has failed to show every time. He doesnt contact me at all. He did say, only because I asked him, if he had charged me for that and he said 'no'. I told him I would pay him for the extra work to be fair to him. Still nothing!! In summary if you want A+ work on everything from beginning to end he might not be the guy for the job. If you are willing to overlook small mistakes and possibly unfinished work then he might be the guy you want. He also told me he would send a link to me so I could give him a review .
