After continuously being questioned and told I need to call Delta dental or I could get there and not be covered by insurance or she could put the wrong insurance, whatever. It's never fun sitting around in an office wondering if the dentist is coming or not, so her keeping me updated is a great perk. The process was very smooth. They have a good system down from beginning to end. They even have the office accountant (I believe) come in and walk me through pricing and what would be due at end of service before my cleaning. My hygienist Karla was knowledgeable and thorough in my cleaning. I was comfortable and it helped to have the numbing rinse too lol. That's always fun. She did a great job, even gave me a coupon code for an electric toothbrush. Overall great experience and I have booked my next appointment. It has to be an absolute emergency if I go to the dentist because I am scared to death. I did not feel ANY pain beginning with several shots to having two upper teeth pulled. I have never had such a compassionate Doctor who listened to everything I said including that it is very difficult to numb my mouth. He gave me extra shots and I felt absolutely nothing.
