It smells bad but everything else is wonderful. The staff is friendly and kids have a great time. It's as clean as possible for what it is.

Fun place to run some energy off on a rainy day ! Clean , good supervision. My only suggestion is security . How do you know who came in with who and who should they be leaving with . There are two entrances / exits. You can't see your child at all times so it would be nice if there was one exit or someone at the exit to make sure the right kid is leaving with the parent. Want to wear your kids out? This is the place! Abilene's newest entertainment venue, this place is great for kids and adults too. Everything is on trampolines. Dodge ball, basketball, and several others. Jump from the second floor into an airbag! An indoor zip line. Obstacle course. Get inside the big ball and roll around. I just brought my nieces to maxx air for three hours of jumping. On their website they say they have a summer special Wednesday and Thursday three hours for $12. When I got here they told me they don't have that special because it was only for during the school year. Meanwhile, right above the special it says summer jump specials so as far as I'm concerned it's false advertising. So before you go you better call them or find out how much you're going to pay and don't rely on the website. Of course my two nieces were standing next to me so I had to pay the extra cost because I wasn't going to disappoint them and not let them go to that trampoline park. Beware of false advertising And FYI, they also said that there was a new management and they probably didn't even know that was on the website. Not very good management read more

We drive over from San Angelo to take our son and some friends for his birthday. I paid for their time and socks and as they were getting ready to go jump, I got a fraud alert call from my bank. They had charged me $105, twice. I spoke to the manager who blamed it on slow internet and their card processing site. He said he would call them but it would be 3-5 business days before we received a refund. read more

The employees are always on their phones. it's fun but theirs not enough energy in the buildin. It's a good pace to go if your bored but otherwise it kinda sucks, the employees are always on their phones or talking to their co workers. I would not recommend this place. read more

Very dirty last two times I was there. Used bandaids, hairballs, and trash and we went right as it opened so it had definitely not been cleaned from the previous day. Can't bring your own drinks and they don't offer a lot of variety to purchase. The bathrooms were disgusting. Not going back. read more
