Sharon and Matt will help you with getting settled in and anything that arises in the rooms. And Roni comes along during the day to take care of anything you need inside the room that may be missing or that you need more of. When I left, they were decorating for Halloween. Our group had requested 3 rooms together and when we got there, they had given our rooms to another group that didn't have reservations. We settled for a smaller room for the same price. (The manager said it was a nicer room that cost more but it wasn't nicer). I won't be staying there again and have told all of my friends that they don't honor reservations. Shame on the Monroe motel!

The tree houses are so quaint and relaxing. The property is 420 friendly, so it was awesome to be able to smoke in the tree house, by the fire pit, even in the lounge while getting our snacks/drinks from the fridge. This space feels very cozy and more community-oriented than something like a hotel or air BnB. Pretty close to town, so easy to access anything you might need within a 10-15min drive. The animals on the property were all so precious and calm and curious about us. This was just such an awesome experience and stay! Highly recommend to people who are 420 enthusiasts, chill/relaxed mindset, looking for a quiet and calm stay, and love the outdoors. Not a good place if you're looking for luxury and a high-end boutique stay. Parking is shared with other tenants however the complex is huge and offers a ton of spaces. Service was friendly and prompt.

I had a beautiful room with a view of the lake and there was also a nice shared common room with amenities. There was only one other room at the B&B (with lovely occupants) and I am so glad that I decided to treat myself to this instead of a campground. I only wish I had spent another day after the festival was over to enjoy the beautiful lake. Jolee and Dale were considerate hosts who provided a wonderful breakfast each morning in the common area and lots of privacy. I look forward to going back again to this B&B and highly recommend it to others.
