We ordered a meal from this takeaway and it was full of what appeared to be hair. When I called them to complain they simply asked for the food back, no explanation was offerred (or refund). I Goggled the correct methodology to lodge a complaint properly and subsequently refridgerated the food and contacted the Environmental Health Agency who investigated and couldn't work out what the substance was, suprisingly they then urged me to deal with the takeaway owners! I wrote requesting a refund and didn't even get a reply which I then followed up with several telephone calls -none were returned. So, I drove to the takeway and the owner hid upstairs and refused to talk to me saying that he was too busy and that I should 'come back on Thursday'. What a disgraceful way to run a business. I'm still none the wiser as to what was in the takeway that I paid for and yet was unable to consume. No attempt has been made to deal with our complaint. We cannot find an E-mail address to communicate with this 'restaurant' (try finding one yourself and see what I mean) which begs the question how are we supposed to communicate with the business owner if we write, call and turn up yet they refuse to deal with us?
