When we first walked in, the owner started complaining that we didn't come in earlier (what?) My husband found a few shirts for himself and some other things, minimum purchase $200- the owner started turning off the lights and said to my husband very rudely, "5:00 is 5:00," while we were headed to the register. We put our purchases back and started walking out. I commented to my husband that the " "5:00 is 5:00," comment really upset me. The owner, as he closed the door said to us "Whatever!" So I guess he didn't want that sale. Regardless, we won't be returning, nor recommending the shop for anyone coming to town. On the positive side, the woman was very nice!

After a rocky start, Lourdes calmed us both down, called the manufacturer and solved the problem to our satisfaction. We left the store with a new, bigger TV, (paid the difference of course) and a clear understanding of the store's warranty/ return policy which was grossly misrepresented by the SAM'S employee when the original TV was bought. Miss Lourdes, thanks to go the extra mile to send us home completely satisfied with SAM'S and its customer service.

The reason for two stars is the lack of clothing options here. The theme was a small handful of designs carelessly printed on random styles of clothing. It just felt bland while I sifted through the same logos just slapped on to different colors. With that said, it's important to note that my in-laws found items that they liked and purchased. So if you happen to pass by this store, it wouldn't hurt yah to drop in and see if there's something that catches your eye.

Cabo Rojo City Square Artisan Bead Shop this is a Things To Do... MUST STOP!…read more Cabo Rojo Shopping...this is a MUST STOP! Artisans in Cabo Rojo & all over the Island are all underserved by ALL Tourists Dept's! Cabo Rojo is suppose to have Artisans in the Plaza Square Every Friday Saturday, but in my 1+mo stay No Artisan was ever there in July Thru early Aug (?) That said, I stumbled onto the Bead Shop in Cabo Rojo City Plaza Square in search of hardware for another project my sister and I darted in from the rain...SCORE! This shop is AMAZING had I been left to my own devices I could have easily spent 4-hrs and hundreds of $$$$, but alas, my sister is not a shopper and only let me stay until the rain passed. I was however able to sprint inside 2 other times once when my brother showed up (he returned with his wife to buy the softest PASHMINA's for gifts back in FL) and the last trip when i was sent to the market by myself to get 2 missing items for dinner and bread. I told the owner and her beautiful daughter and niece what I was making and luckily had one to show them once completed. I wish Bead Shops in the upper 48 were as organized and diverse as this one and YES the Ladies ALL Speak English! Ladies, hopefully by next years visit you will offer lessons (?) Say Yes to Lessons! I will be back on my next visit and be sure to see the YELP Review also.
