It's also a pet supply store which is expensive but it's not a big chain so just be selective with what u need. They offered free pictures with the Easter bunny soooo I had to for Luna. She was so good I picked her out a bone to chew on the way home! The only problem I had is they had a poster with a bundle deal that included nail polish but the girl working said they don't carry the polish....if u don't have it take the sign down or ask people to big some in.

The assistant manager listened to my concerns and contacted the District Manager. They agreed to pay for my dog's treatment at the vet to have the loose tooth removed. They handled it quickly and with consideration, and I do appreciate that. So, I am changing the rating. The grooming service has gone way downhill. I started taking my dogs there two years ago and was generally pleased. Then, last October, I brought my dog there for grooming and he was supposed to have a nail grind. When I picked him up, they said they could not do the nail grind because he wiggled too much. Ok, not a big deal. He was so eager to leave I didn't notice until he was in the car, that one of his toenails was ripped at the quick and twisted sideways. It was bleeding all over. Now, I realize that dogs can jerk their foot and something like that could happen, but they never said a word about it when I picked him up! There was no way they could not have seen it. Now today, he went in for grooming, and when he was picked up he had a tooth knocked loose and they said it "must have happened while they were trimming his nails and he was wiggling". You have injured my dog twice. I will NEVER EVER step foot in that store again for any reason.

This is the first time I've hired a groomer (let alone mobile groomer). I am watching a lab for 2+…read moreweeks and he needed his nails trimmed. I didn't want to take him to a pet store on my own. The Cuddle Cutz price was extremely affordable, the same as a pet store, and Cuddle Cutz was coming to my home on my schedule! I have a long haired cat and added a sanitary trim and paw trim to the dog's nail trim. This was also very affordable. The Cuddle Cutz team arrived a few minutes early and the dog and cat immediately ran up to greet them. The team have a very calm presence. Cuddle Cutz did the grooming in my downstairs bathroom. Both animals were comfortable in this space. Cuddle Cutz brought a portable grooming table, vacuum, broom, dustpan, and of course the "tackle box" of grooming supplies. Also treats! They were extremely fast and only took around 15 minutes for both animals. It was a very easy transaction and I will call them for any future grooming needs.

Well here's the answer...... The owner was in the shop. This lady is a nasty women. The GIRLS ARE GREAT but the owner is horrible. Also the fact that they only except cash is also concerning, I can see that perhaps they have received bad checks in the past, but a Debit or Credit card is a safe way to operate. I think the OWNER needs an IRS visit? I rate the Girls working there a 5. The Owner a 0.

I took our newly acquitted fur baby into get a bath, and groomed. easy...not. she is a miniature…read morepoodle, we had to take her because her human had to be put into a home. it didn't seem to me that she'd been groomed for a bit so I was taking her to have this done. my first red flag should have been the cash only policy. I took her in and within an hour or two I was called and told she was ready. I do not think she was bathed, (because I just gave her a bath today and the water just to get her wet was brown as crap) this is an indoor dog for the most part. I could see the hair around her eyes had been trimmed. but not much of anything else, her pads were hairy as hell. I think they did the least amount they had to, sprayed her with some god awful scent and put a bandana on her. I didn't hang around long because she was shaking when I dropped her off and not much better when I picked her up. I will never use this place again. currently, I'm going on u tube. I'll learn to cut her hair on my own. at least I know I'm giving it my all. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to take your fur babies, not all people are as dedicated as they should be.

They had been going to petsense and had been increasingly unsatisfied with the poor haircuts and rising prices. You could clearly see the blade cuts all over the dogs body and those groomers were obviously not familiar with the schnauzer breed haircuts as well. I had seen this groomers many photos on their facebook account and was impressed by the quality of their cuts and was so happy to see they already had schnauzer clients and did excellent job with those schnauzer cuts. So after much convincing, I finally was able to convince my senior citizen parents to try this groomer out. They were able to call and schedule the appointment with ease. Had their appointment today and they said staff was super nice and kind. Getting to the location was easy and parking was easy as well. The haircut was excellent and expertly done. The trim lines were perfectly straight and the perfect schnauzer cut with excellent beard and ear work. I don't know what type of shampoo they used but it's definitely good quality as made her coat even more whiter and shinier than ever. Prices were very reasonable and cheaper than petsense and didn't charge separately for nail trim or ear wash. Left their puppy squeaky clean and happy. So glad they finally agreed to go there. They found a new groomer and will definitely be back!!

I explained that beforehand, and Brenda was really calm about it. She showed up in a fully equipped van, and had me put him in the tub because he was aggressively trying to "defend" me. Then I left so that he didn't feel the need. She did great with him. I'm so glad to have this option for the future. It only took about an hour. He didn't want to sit still and let me take his photo though! I'll definitely use them again.

Luna has ptsd and screams when she knows her nails are getting cut. So I decided to try Brandy's shop out. I get there already stressed and warned Brandy & Samantha about the mayhem that's about to go down. Brandy & Samantha handled it well and did an amazing job at calming Luna down. I regularly take her now and each trip Luna is getting better at having her nails cut. Brandy is quick and trims her nails shorter than any groomer I've taken her to. I definitely recommend both these beautiful lady's for your fur baby grooming needs.
