From start to finish, Brian and Justin not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them on all counts. After 3 attempts, it finally worked. I called B & L to diagnose why my electric bills were so high (unrelated to the hot water heater). Brian not only diagnosed the problem (a setting on my whole house generator), he also discovered the other company's "fix" was to disconnect my fire alarm and use that line for my hot water heater! Brian fixed that quickly, and my home was again safe. They are my "go-to" company for anything electrical.

I thought it was a problem with the venting, he didn't shut me out he said, yes that could be but it might be a clog in your line and he explained. And that is exactly what it was. He worked at it for about 2.5 hours, took up the toilet ran his camera down and found it. Very reasonable and fast, the clog was 27' at the end of the house. Thank You Zach!! I will be having them cover the whole house where they come out Spring / Fall to inspect my HVAC (they check the capacitors in the outside condenser unit wich not very many HVAC Tech check this. I first hired Stephen to put in a shower in a bathroom in a rental house I had bought. He quoted a…read moregood price, and did a reasonably good job. However, he asked me to pay for materials at Home Depot with my credit card. I asked Home Depot for a receipt, and found that he'd also charged a $20 snow shovel, along with some snacks. He also didn't get the correct length of nipple for the faucet, and left me to go find it, install it, etc. And the job came in $200 over the estimate. That wouldn't have been a big deal except for the other items. Since the overall price wasn't bad, I hired him again on another house to install a door between the porch and living room, as well as fixing a toilet issue. He didn't cut the door short enough, and, without asking me, chipped away at the floor to give sufficient room for the door to open. When I was looking at his work, he told me that a thin transition could be placed over the ugly results to make it look better. I took his word for that, but later found that even the thinnest transition wouldn't fit under the door. I contacted him about trimming the door further, and he didn't respond. I asked twice. He hasn't responded, and this was now some weeks back. Again, the price was over the estimate, and this time with a truly unsatisfactory result.

Fast response to my request work was great. Will call again the next time I need work done.read more
