Then you get into your appointment and they review and give you suggestions on what needs to happen on your application. If you have any kinks they try to figure a solution. A four-page packet with a staple and of course the envelope it came in (including a return address sticker and a mailing address sticker) that cost them 45 cents to mail! Not only environmentally irresponsible but also fiscally irresponsible. What a waste of resources. If the people who put together and mailed this packet would get on the telephones and start taking calls, we wouldn't have to wait so long for someone to pick up. I would give one star, but I've talked to several employees and only one sent me off on a wild goose chase to another department because she was either too ignorant or too lazy to help me.
