The staff here will take everything from your car for you. The city works with several vendors (E.g., document shredding companies, Goodwill, Tempe Community Action Agency) in order to make these days a success. Zero Waste Day allows residents to drop off additional items the center wouldn't normally take. The Trusties hire lawyers who are looking for a way to exploit the person filing bankruptcy. I had $20,000 in debts. It turned into over $95,000 in losses when they were done with me. The jerk lawyer that did all the work padded his bill by asking for the same things over multiple times. Dragging friends and family in for depositions that had little to do with the Bankruptcy itself. The lawyer even asked about personal conversations about him, he got to personal. He was a malicious monster named Derksen! He even went nuts and yelled at my lawyer, who was trying to advise me how to answer this jerks trick question during one of the many unnecessary depositions. At the end of the trial, Derksen requested $70,000 he got about half of that. I reported him to the State Bar in which they put a bad mark on his record. I filed thinking I could have a fresh start after depts from a bad marriage and loss of my home. I moved back to my hometown to move into the house I grew up in but lost that too because of the Bankruptcy. It was obvious to everyone involved, that this sad example of a lawyer, was abusing his power to basically, legally extort me as much as he could get away with. There is more details to the story that I wont get into now. But think of it this way. You're the Titanic, you're sinking and you shoot up a flare and send out a distress call. You see a ship coming and it's a pirate ship and you can't stop them and it's to late you're at there mercy. Me and my family went through 3 years of hell. Please try not to file Bankruptcy. It's not worth it!!!! I would just say don't go there not an option. I'm trying to get the word out there about this broken system.

The 911 operator carefully listened to my concerns, honored my request for a silent response, and clearly communicated the situation to the responding units. Seven officers and several fire department members arrived and handled everything with patience, kindness, and respect, taking time to explain what they were doing and to reassure our family. A special mention to the female officer who gently spoke with my mother and helped calm her down--her empathy made a huge difference. I would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Sergeant K. Scheideman for his calm, steady leadership throughout the incident. His demeanor set the tone for the entire team and turned an overwhelming situation into one where we felt truly supported and cared for. However, it helps with the process when the staff are kind and willing to assist in the manner they are able. Most clerks/customer service employees here cannot answer certain questions or provide advise that may teeter into "legal advice territory" which is completely understandable when they're not practicing attorneys and are to remain neutral in the cases. However, they can answer some questions and especially if one is careful in how the question is framed. I have been to this court a few times, it feels lighter than the ones down town (for obvious (to me) reasons), I don't mind coming up here when I have to and when I do, I leave feeling a little more at ease than when I first arrived. Today, the same was true. Be patient, be kind, and remember these are our public service workers and they do their very best, I believe.

All my statements are accurate to the best of my knowledge and based with documentation alineing with AZ Law and Family Court guidelines. This review reflects my personal experience with the family court system and the impact it has had on my children and me. Several judicial decisions in my case left me feeling unheard ( Silanced), unprotected (DV), and deeply concerned about the outcome for my family. I had presented evidence supporting my position, yet rulings were made that I felt did not adequately address the risks and issues I raised. As a result, I experienced a loss of confidence in the process ( who I have mentioned ) and its ability to protect vulnerable families. DV survivors or trying to survive. One judge approved an Order of Protection that was necessary for my safety with a confession. Another judge later reached a different conclusion with no evidence. While I respect that judges have discretion in interpreting the law and evidence, the conflicting decisions were difficult to understand and had significant consequences for my family. I also encountered procedural requirements that, in my opinion, made it more difficult to present information that was videl important to the court's consideration. ( personal preferences on formatting ) Throughout these proceedings, my children experienced considerable emotional hardship, which remains my greatest concern, untreated childhood PTSD. I am pursuing the legal avenues available to me because I believe the decisions in my case should be reviewed, Michelle benched with a full investigation, a qualified Horrible Judge. My hope is that future improvements to the system will ensure that all parties are heard fairly and that the well-being of children remains a central priority and our system is outdated to today's level of malicious and malevolence. This review represents my personal opinions and experiences regarding these proceedings. Im here offering AZ Family Court the following.
