Going to add another poor review here unfortunately…read more Submitted a photobook to publish under the expectation that they could handle it expeditiously: I have some people who are going on a long trip leaving on Friday and one of them really wanted a photobook of their mother's 90th birthday. When I checked the site I was promised a delivery day of Friday with overnight shipping. Made the submission on Sunday/early Monday morning and heard nothing until Tuesday when it was flagged on Tuesday for a QC check alert on a cover for keeping the guides from the templates. Okay, resubmitted the cover with a corrected version basically 15-20 minutes after receipt. Didn't hear anything for awhile, figured it would have been processing through production without notice but nope! Got the OK to go to production on Wednesday afternoon (27 hours after resubmission) with a notice it was good to go and that it would be delivered by Wednesday the following week, basically a 72 hour deviation (48 if you push aside Labor Day). The funny thing is I kind of get it because I worked in production for monthly pubs with last minute edits and I'm aware that there can be a lot of files to go through for QC, but I also usually had people emphasize to me expectations in turnover for deliveries and this felt remarkably slow for what was essentially a cover check. Whoever they have to handle QC needs a better system or something because even if I had multiple projects to go over, I would have added a note that only the cover was reuploaded and the big problem was the template and mainly checked for that, easy half-to-full hour process at most (mostly to ensure the customer didn't mess up DPI or skew). Do they not have a system to check what contents are reuploaded? For all the disclaimer warnings offered with submission, can't they note when a file has been updated into their FTP and take that into consideration? Is this a result of them using a hybrid model that is seeing timing issues with their current workflow? Anyway I spoke to customer service about this and the person I spoke to seemed to emphasize Labor Day as well as the stop in QC (again, why 27 hours of QC delay leading to a 48 hour(not including labor day) difference?) and that it was impossible to expedite at this point. I'm not going to shoot the messenger as it sounded like they were exasperated as well (again(x2), worked in production so been there), so left it at that. I'm aware this was a tall order already--me and my partner basically worked through the night getting the indd for it done so it could make the timing--but I chose OnPress on the promise that it could be delivered in 2-3 days and paid for overnight shipping for something I'm now going to need to figure out how to relay overseas to one of their destinations. One extra sympathy star for customer support. Here's hoping the surplus 48 hours leads to a product that reflects the extra time spent for the sake of their customer support's malaise.

Told him I wanted a half page and Cody upgraded me to a full page. Said I would be contacted by a designer the following day. Days and weeks went by with no contact from anyone. I tried reaching out to the phone number numerous times with no answer or returned voicemails ever. I found Cody on Facebook, reached out to him and he gave me every excuse as to why I haven't been contacted and told me he would issue me a refund. Told me this on multiple days as each day something different came up as to why he couldn't refund me. Finally, after reaching out again today, he told me he had to review the contract to see if I was Eligable for a refund. Told me a contract is a contract and he went to law school so good luck. Then, directly after telling him I would be contacting my attorney, he sent me an email from his "designer" apologizing for the delays and lack of communication. This guy is a crook and a con artist. He's a pathology liar and I have screenshots to back up everything. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this SCAM
