Onion Bahji were crispy and tasty. These were an extra as we spent over £15. Cannot recommend this takeaway enough. I'm not usually a fan of just takeaway, prefer to use the restaurant but we had heard word of mouth that it was good, and we were not left disappointed.

I am lucky enough to work just across the road from this delightful establishment and spend my hard-earned tips in there (far too) regularly. Their food is preposterously tasty; it's all freshly made and prepared as you order, they have a great selection of curries, pizzas, burgers, and sides, and if you step through their door more than once (though I have found myself battling with that door on occasion, it is quite the cantankerous entrance) they great you with a friendly smile and "hello again!" as though you've been eating there for years. Being a vegetarian I can only vouch for their veggie options, but they are tasty enough to have me going back there almost every other shift. As a self-confessed massive fan of chips and cheese, I find myself longing for Chilli's version more than any other. There is nothing spectacularly different about the chips or the cheese (they are just standard fries with mozzarella from what I can work out), but they are damn tasty. On a particularly lazy week recently where I simply could not be bothered to prepare a big one-pot dinner to take to work for each shift, I think I may have consumed Chilli's cheesy chips three times.... Considering I'm not normally a big take-away girl, that's good work, Chilli's! My carnivorous colleagues wax lyrical about the karahis and kebabs on offer for those who partake in meat-eating and I honest to goodness cannot remember the last shift when at least one person didn't look naughtily at the rest of us and ask the fateful question that causes us all to reach deep into our pockets: "Does anyone want anything from Chilli's?!". As if feeding us poor and hungry bar staff on our arduous club night shifts week in, week out wasn't enough reason for me to be more than a little bit in love with this place, the portions and prices are fantastic. The karahis are all priced between £4.90 and £5.50 and are huge! The pizzas are the tastiest I've had from anywhere, beating the living tastebuds out of Pizza Hut and Dominos, and as you may have picked up, I am quite the fan of their cheesy chips. They also have fabulous meal deals on offer at all times, including my personal favourite; they serve a personal pizza (7") with two toppings of your choice (pineapple and jalapeños tends to be my go-to combo) with chips and your choice of drink for £3.50. That winning taste-fest has seen me through many a long and difficult sold-out club night. I would love to give this haven of naughty foods a five star review but I have never had anything delivered from them, what with work being in such close proximity, so I am unsure if the impeccable service I am accustomed to transfers to this aspect of their business and I have unfortunately seen some not-so-positive reviews of their delivery on the tinterwebs. Although having said that, these negative reviews are not the majority by any means. As far as my experience goes, check Chilli's the hell out if you are on a night out in the Northern Quarter and get a bit peckish. They are open 7 days a week. Go on, treat yourself. But be warned, you may form a similar addiction to that of my colleagues and I. It's just so tasty!!

I can't get over how much I love this free pizza offer. The delivery man was super friendly, despite our confusing building and need to constantly buzz up to the flat and be let through each door, and waited patiently for us to sort ourselves out after a slight confusion with keys and money. The meat samosas were delicious, dotted with lots of peas, and the onion bahjis had some great crisp on them. My chicken tikka korma was delicious and creamy, a little bit greasy, but I'd almost be dissapointed if it wasn't. The boyf could barely get through his spicy choice but that's his own fault really. The garlic naan and poppadoms were both perfect accompaniments and everything went down a complete treat. As did the pizza for the next day dinner.

Their roast meats are as good as the ones in Chinatown, without any of the slow service, high prices or struggle for parking spaces. The main stay of this place is the bakery of course; being a branch of the Wong Wong bakery on Princess Street in Chinatown. They get regular deliveries of pasties from the main store several times a day. The cafe section is actually halfway there to becoming of those typically found in Hong Kong- fast service, great food, poor decor, unsmiling wait staff.... Great for a cheap eat though!

Food is very tasty on the whole but the descriptions on the menu don't always tie up with what you get so it could be a surprise. The waiting staff are helpful and if you haven't tried something before then they may suggest something else the preserved egg is an example. Overall good quality food with a colourful display of baked good both sweet and savoury. They are aware of gluten free but if you can tolerate soy sauce you can be accommodated.

The restaurant itself is like no other the decor is very fresh and stylish, with a huge widescreen TV which shows an animated video of the menu. You can bring your booze too, which makes for a very cost-effective night out. Most importantly, however, the food itself is top notch. I've had several curries there and they have all been delicious. The service is always friendly too, and you can even ring them late at night and order a kebab to be delivered!!
