Then...asked me about insurance...told them I have a paid plan through work and she also has Medicaid since I am the grandmother and have custody so that is a medical insurance that is offered for free due to the custody situation. I was then told that they cannot take her because she had Medicaid, which is not her primary insurance?? All of a sudden they are at full capacity?? But if she just had the Delta insurance they would take her as a new patient, they even said if I canceled the Medicaid they would set up an appointment for he Seems very discriminative!! its a shame that we have a paid insurance and could pay for anything the insurance doesn't cover and they still would not take her as a new patient.

We all probably have our issues going to the dentist. I know I sure do…read more I just moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist, and this is the one my health care provider recommended. It turns out they don't take my insurance, but it's only $69 for a dental cleaning. This included my X-rays! Wow. The hygienist was so thoughtful. Very careful. Communicated with me. Let me know what was going on. An assistant to her helped to get the extra liquid out of my mouth with one of those tubes. It was, for a dentist, quite a pleasant experience. She gave me tips on how to use my power toothbrush better. I also thought I was having issues with my lower, front, middle gum line. I was worried I would need dentures or something. And I don't! She just told me how to brush better. It's been a few days since I went, and already, that area is looking better thanks to the advice she gave me. I am so glad to have found a good and thoughtful and kind dentist in my new area where I live.
