Spent the better part of a month speaking with what I can assume is the receptionist who prepared the taxes then sent them to the CPA. I received an email stating that they were not going to finish my taxes because I compared their filing with Free Turbo Tax results. This was the first time I had used a CPA to do my taxes and was hoping for a better experience. There was a substantial difference in the two returns so I asked to review the return with the CPA. Rather than agreeing to explain they sent me am email saying that they would not complete the return. There was no explanation as to why. Their closing remark in the email, 'I wish you all the luck with preparing it yourself and hopefully you do not get audited'. Very poor customer service and support never even got to speak to the CPA once. I highly do not recommend doing business with this consulting firm. read more

On our first phone call she asked for us to explain our tax situation with her then she let us know what documents to bring. Upon arrival she had a warm smile and a friendly hand shake.
