Three days after the accident my husband gets a call from Tony Barr (Insurance agent with Allstate). Tony proceeds to tell my husband that because this accident took place on private property according to Georgia Law that his client is responsible for damage to his car and we are responsible for damage to our car. Which I know is a lie! I expect this maneuver from a lawyer but not an insurance agent. Come to find out he is the owner! He should be ashamed of himself. He also knows he is in the wrong because he never returned our call after we called him out. He gives a bad name to other insurance agents and Allstate. Beware!
