The guy in charge was positive and pleasant, even when all the customers were being grinches. Here is the bad news, they forgot about our order. The young girl blonde girl, skipped us to help a young man and nobody made our order. My significant other was furious, I remained calm, as I could see that the guy in charge was trying his best to hold it together. We decided to go in to the store because the drive thru line wrapped around the building and no one else was in the store. We only got noticed because we were standing around for 13 minutes in the store and no one else was left in the store. The girl that took our order was just standing there looking around. I heard the manager tell another customer that they had no lettuce so he wanted a refund and left but that was the only person she told I had ordered 2 soft taco so I got no lettuce but was not told about that I had also ordered 2 sodas and asked for a carrier for sodas she said truck didn't come so she didn't have any so I had to ask for a bag she took at me strange and I said for my sodas she gave me a small size bag. It's like 9pm early June so it's still light out. A great day and no one in front of me at the Shenango Taco Bell drive thru. Crunch tacos, bean burrito all I want. Got the order. Drive thru service was great. And the area around Taco Bell and looking inside the drive thru window everything looking clean. Got order home, tacos crunchy etc. I've gotten take out from this place a few times, always dead ass on. And big thing for me, the beef tacos are never greasy. Everyone hates those dripping grease things. This place is as good as it gets.
