Home run. Specifically, the well seemed to run dry while flushing out sediment after a routine pump replacement. His guys initially thought it wasn't recovering, not refilling fast enough. When Dave arrived from another job, he came up with a couple of additional theories, and promised to return and try them. Next day he pulled the pump, found it had become clogged with sediment. In addition, thinking maybe it was sitting above the static level, he measured the depth of the well and found it was much deeper than we thought. So he added additional pipe to bring it well under the static level with *plenty* of room to spare. When it was all done I had an improved well setup and he didn't ask for a penny more than the original price we agreed on.

Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

He started work almost immediately and worked around my schedule. He was always on time and professional, and the work was completed quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend.

I am writing to formally document and express my serious concern regarding an interaction I had…read morethis morning with AC Electric owner, Asmint Cruz. Prior to today, my impression of AC Electric had been positive. Since 2021, we have spent approximately $30,000 with AC Electric on work performed at our home. During that time, I previously interacted with Todd Fowler and found him to be professional, respectful, and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience this morning with company ownership was the complete opposite. During our interaction, I was shocked by the level of hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior directed toward me. While I fully understand that stressful situations arise in business, there is simply no excuse for speaking to or treating a long-term customer in the manner I experienced today. The conduct displayed reflected extremely poorly on the company and its leadership. Because the interaction was so inappropriate and unexpected, I documented portions of the situation with photographs and detailed notes immediately afterward. Attached are photographs from the original 2021 installation showing the basement walls at that time with no visible leaking issues present. I am also attaching current photographs from this year showing the condition now. In addition, I have attached exterior photographs from the original 2021 work that clearly show disturbed ground, what appears to be a newly installed pipe, and a shovel present at the work area during the installation period. This is particularly concerning given the statement made to me today that "they did not dig" during the prior work. Based on the visible condition of the ground and surrounding area shown in the 2021 photographs, that statement does not appear consistent with what is documented. I believe businesses are ultimately judged by how leadership conducts itself and how people are treated during ordinary interactions. Based on my experience today, I believe this matter deserves serious internal attention and review.

The diagnostic charge was explained to me and I set up an appointment. The man got here on time and was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and checked things I didn't know COULD be checked! When he left the problem was fixed---of course --we had a storm that night and it proved us wrong. Back again and this time he must have gotten things sealed because after 6 weeks, and many storms, the problem is corrected. I will go with AC for my electric needs from now on!
