It began flaking immediately. They touched it up 3 times, but it just kept on flaking. I gave up, but now we wanted to sell our house, and it looked awful (see photos). The Final Coat told me it was out of warranty and was not their problem. I offered to split the cost with them in some manner, as I realize it's been 5 years now. They told me they would only redo it for full price. I had Deck Rescue redo it, it cost $1800, and our deck now looks fine. If The Final Coat had told me it would cost $3600 to redo and they would split it with me, I would have paid them the $1800. I also think that after retouching 3 times in 2019 they should have checked back with me to see if it was alright. If you are considering using Final Coat, I would think twice about it.

Other companies seemed uninterested, but when I contacted Christian, he asked me a few questions and requested pictures. He stopped by on his way home from the hospital after his wife just gave birth to his child a couple hours after I spoke with him. Without asking for payment, Christian climbed on the roof of the house and disconnected the wires to make sure they were safe and then would have a very reasonable estimate ready for me that day. He started work almost immediately and worked around my schedule. He was always on time and professional, and the work was completed quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend.

Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return.
