He chucked a metal medical cart against the wall in the operating room and stormed out because i got upset that they said they weren't sedating me for an epidural also the anesthesiologist administered a drug that was noted on my chart that i have bad reaction to and they gave that to me and he got angry that I was moving around. Yet that drug they used is what makes me irritable and makes me move around. I will be sending this information to the state. Do not let this man with an ego ever touch your spine. I can't imagine what the staff and other patients have to deal with I feel terrible for all of them. What a terrible "man" he is. I've seen toddlers with more respect and better tempers than him. Your name is called, you are escorted to the offices in the back. Once you're done you will go to the front checkout and you're given other information pertaining to your visit or appointment. If you need forms filled, submit them before you leave and ask for them to be emailed and check your spam folder if you don't receive the request documents. (LOOK FOR SIGNS ON EXIT from the examine room). I find that early appointments, before 10 a.m is better. Even though there is a huge parking lot. There's a physical therapy office around the corner to your left as you walk in and there's 2 other offices that you will pass when driving in. That being said, you'll search for parking if you get there by 9:45.

We waited 3.5!hrs the other day to have two tests done and they only got through one (30 min test) and wanted us to wait in the waiting room again to have the second test done. We left. If we need any further testing it will not be done in their office. We had a similar experience on our first visit as well. We had to wait several hours for 3 tests.
