The driver wasn't even in the same complex. Even adjusting for the delivery error, it's still the responsibly of the restaurant owner to see everything from the customer's standpoint. This failed on every measure except price, because it ended up being free. And it still wasn't worth it. I want new businesses to succeed, and I would like this one to as well. If I were to advise the owners, I would tell them to remove the large tables and place smaller ones. We would have been able to dine in if 2 large tables were replaced with 4 smaller ones.
