Waited 50 minutes for a pizza. Requested a refund. Our pizza came out during the refund process. Manager came out and questioned why our pizza was in a box and the woman giving us a refund is legally blind. Not able to read the receipt til it was 6 inches from her eyes. I grew up in Oklahoma and my wife had not been back in awhile and we decided to go to Mazzio's for old time sake. We did the lunch buffet, we should have never wasted our time. If you want to wait on food and pepperoni pizza made 10 ways, go for it. They ran out of plates and cups. Food was generic. There is no need to ever go back to a Mazzios. read more

The cook needs to be trained better or replaced. I had a horrible experience tonight. Took 2 hrs from ordering to eat. $65 for 50 wings is already expensive but to give me bone dry hot wings with no sauce or flavor to them was absurd. So when I call. I'm told by customer service they can't help because it was a pick up through door dash. So I go threw the steps to reorder my food. I drive down return the ENTIRE order to be remade because we should not have to half cold meal after spending $90 on dinner. The manager was very nice and I explained all I wanted was what I ordered to be correct and hot. (Specifically asked for saucy wings). Manager was nice and understanding. But when my food was ready the second time I was missing an item and the wings were yet again zero sauce. At this point I just asked for a container of sauce to sauce them myself. I have eaten at Mazzios all across the state. Most are very good, some are even great, but the Mazzios in Ada, Ok has gotten to where their food is unedible. Over Labor day weekend I got some pizza that made me sick. It was terrible in every way. What is wrong with this Mazzios? It is the absolute worse I have ever experienced. It has been falling off lately but now it is just pitiful. I wouldn't eat their pizza if they gave it to me. Something needs to change. read more

I've had delivery from a LOT of Mazzio's locations over the last 10 years. I always get the same thing: pepperoni calizone. The quality of the product varies from store to store. The Ada, OK store knocks it out of the park. They've got my order wrong and forgot condiments, but the calizone itsself is always perfect. Be a bit patient with them & you will get a perfect calizone read more

I had not used their on line ordering for pick up before and what I thought I was ordering was not what I got. They were awesome!! They took back the items, fixed what I really wanted AND gave me a credit on my next order. That's great service and made my night so much better. Mazzio's Ada,Oklahoma your app and website makes all pizza's half in half. I ordered a supreme pizza, Hawaiian Pizza and a cheese pizza along with a 14" cheese stick order up to $85 in cost with tip, today. All pizzas came half and half except the four cheese pizza. It came with no sauce, when I clearly chose sweet marinara. This has been happening to my orders since September of 2019. Really? I give up with this store. I can't justify paying for continuous failure. I hope the other Mazzio stores are better . read more

Pizza ok. Wait time too long. 1 pizza = over 1 hr whi l e standing and waiting for what was supposed to be 20 minutes! I complained and did not get so much as an apology or a free drink for waiting so long. Only my second time coming and both times a wait of an hour or better. I won't be back. Horrible experience. Waited over an hour for a med. cheese pizza. The waitress walked by a couple of times and looked at us, looked at our number ai I thought for sure they would get it out in a few min. It took having to complain to the front to get anything. Your money is best spent somewhere else. When we finally did it it was so greasy we had to soak it up with a napkin...and it was only a cheese pizza. It tasted awful as well. The all-you-can-eat buffet is overpriced -- $10.39/person. Every time I go there for lunch, there is never any pizza I like on the buffet. So, I wait for them to put out some I do like. People stand around the buffet, waiting on pizza. When it arrives, there is a mad dash to get a slice. Today, a guy picked up four slices of cheese pizza and left only one -- and he already had four slices on his plate! I think that is rude. I ate three, small, thin slices of cheese pizza and one sliver of cheesy bread today. I would have eaten more, but I needed to get back to work. I could have ordered a large pizza for $11 and had enough food to feed three people! If I eat there again, I will order in advance. read more
