Very disappointed. We love Mazzio's and we love their lunch buffet, but this was a seriously sub-par experience. Staff were friendly, but the restaurant was filthy. The salad bar was well-provisioned and fresh, but the pizza side of the buffet was cold (they desperately need new heat lamps) and the pizzas were all undercooked. We didn't even try the cinnamon sticks because they were swimming in congealed butter. Such a sad experience all around. read more

Every time I order pizza from this location, the delivery driver is always showing up at my door with a cigarette in his mouth and my food in his hand that is disgusting and that is unsanitary and unprofessional. Hopefully this gets to the right person. read more

Wife and I walked into Mazzio's with the intent to eat dinner. All we wanted was a salad bar. There were several other customers in the restaurant. Nobody said anything to us when we walked in. My wife, went to the restroom, and I sat down at the table, a very rude woman behind the counter, looked up and saw me and threw her arms up in the air, and just started yelling. No, no no no no no no, you're gonna have to leave. I closed at nine. I just haven't had time to lock the door. She could have politely said I'm sorry, but we're closed. I just haven't had time to lock the door yet we would've understood but now I won't go back there and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. read more

We ordered pizza for carry out around 6:45pm... got here at 7:20pm and the doors were locked. All the doors. They don't close until 9:30pm. There were customers eating inside. After pounding on the doors they finally came and unlocked them to tell us we couldn't come inside because "the manager was throwing a fit"?? I couldn't tell for sure if that's what they said or not, but that's what it sounded like. Then they said the systems were down and orders were backed up... okay, that's understandable, but we were pre-existing customers left standing out in the cold!! With probably about 10 employees on duty, the entire situation should have and could have easily been handled better. Much better! They finally let us in when we said we needed to come inside to use the bathroom, but everyone on staff was looking at us like we shouldn't be there. What has happened to common courtesy and decency among humans?? One star for service. Not my first time being disappointed with the service here either. read more

For the 2nd time in 4 weeks, this Mazzio's Pizza has been very slow in taking our orders & even slower in bringing our orders to the table. Primary reason: only 1 waitress for a busy dining room. Also, only 2 workers cooking, preping, & cleaning pans/dishes. Nothing AT ALL against the waitress or workers. I could see them working hard. Just not enough workers. Very disappointed. Heard that the management just can't find/hire enough workers. Probably won't be coming back for a long while. read more

Can never get the bill right. Always overcharges for every little thing and seldom remembers the coupon when you call it in or show it to them on your phone. The last two times my family's been there they've overcharged me 7.70 and 13.40. That's even after I've given them 15-20% for "good service" that is non existent. Don't go to this one it is AWFUL. Henryetta Mazzio's is customer oriented. Very helpful. And always get the price, order, condiments, extra Ranch and extra Jalapeños correct. Go right on by the one on Wood Drive and hit the one on West Main in Henryetta. Ask for Courtney, she's a wonderful manager, co-worker, and cook. BEST CINNAMON STICKS EVER!! read more

I hated Mazzio's growing up largely due to their terrible original crust and disgusting pizza sauce. Now that they have a new, decent crust, combined with Ken's sauce instead of that other disgusting liquid Mazzio's is pretty alright. Especially this store. You can tell the manager really cares about the customers experience and strives to put forward exceptional products and service. read more

The VERY best chicken wings in town are at Mazzio's !! Try the Memphis dry rub or the lemon pepper ones, fantastic.

Ordered a pizza and some.toasted ravioli. Pizza was awful, ravioli was generic. Servers were polite and friendly, but needed way too much info just to let me pay with a debit card over the phone. All in all, get your pizza at a gas station if you have to in order to avoid the undercooked mush here. read more

I would not normally rate a pizza buffet due to fact they almost always are horrible and taste the same. I stopped in due to eating in a crunch of time and not wanting drive thru. I pulled in to this place due to the amount of cars parked. The pizza was very good and hot. Thin pizza much like old Pizza Hut style and loaded with cheese and toppings.
