This is how Jake helped me: - Applied a holistic approach in understanding what I wanted out of life and consequently for what purpose I want to make money. He then took the time to figure out how I am comfortable spending or saving or investing money so that he could tailor my financial strategy so that it resonated with me and I felt good about the whole experience. - Walked me through everything (I mean EVERYTHING) in a way so that I not only understood everything, but was able to apply the skills going forward. He used short instructional video clips (I'm visual), applied step-by-step approaches to everything I had to get done, and made sure I had all documents and information easily accessible in my files. - Really heard me and made sure ALL my questions were answered during each session. Aside from being competent at his job, Jake is a really personable, positive, and nice to work with. He really knows his stuff and it is obvious he has passion for this type of work. For me, it was important that the person who helps me navigate my finances was competent and straightforward without passing judgment.
