Just got off the phone with Joe. I chose this company because of the reviews however my experience…read morewas not five star. The contract stated that they would clean up their mess, but because my yard service arrived they figured it was okay for my yard service to clean up the mess. Anthony asked about one pile of pine straw in the front yard on the lawn, as we were speaking, the yard guy swept it up and I said well that answers that question. But then when I came outside to plant my rose bushes they are covered with pine straw and all the debris that came from the roof and gutters. I reached out through text and instead of getting offered a solution to the problem which I would have been okay because I just wanted to let them know that they did not complete the agreement all I got was my yard service was supposed to do it! That wasn't the agreement. My yard guys quoted $200, I ended up paying 225 for Joe. I was okay with the price since they were here on scene and I didn't want to waste their time. This was an incident that could have easily been resolved but all this going back and forth was not necessary. I didn't want to continue to text so I made the call and Joe was not professional yelling over me causing me to escalate to get my point across and me eventually just hanging up the phone. The last thing I should have had to do is argue with someone about what my yard guy should be doing when they we're never part of the contract with Joe gutters. As a matter of fact they shouldn't have never asked about my yard guy services they should have did what I paid them to do. Joe had the audacity to tell me next time I need to schedule my yard people for another day that's none of their business, and has nothing to do with Joe gutters. Not to mention that they've been coming for days they finally arrived sending texts everyday that they're coming and finally came. I was patient and never pushed them, I just patiently waited for them to get here. I really wish I can upload photos.
