Thank you, it is appreciated My wife is very happy with her, I sat in and I'm happy we found this doctor. Well the hysterectomy revealed other problems but my wife is getting great care and we feel very confident with Dr Nahas. She is walking and driving after 2 weeks. Only downside is we need to go to another doctor for the chemo. Dr Nahas is caring and being involved with teaching school means you will get a lot of care during a difficult time.

I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn't accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father's store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he's old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

My OBGYN recommended that I continue treatment with HRC Fertility for IVF, but I was not provided with a referral or authorization number. I have called multiple times over the past two weeks, but the phone is rarely answered and it has been extremely difficult to speak with a representative. For something as important and time-sensitive as fertility treatment, this lack of communication is very frustrating. Patients should be able to reach the office, get clear information, and receive proper follow-up. I really hope the office improves its communication and referral process. JUST WASTING MY TIME!

Two things I don't like so far is 1. I was told by the Doctors nurse I can not refuse to have a student come in. I have never ever heard that before as I have in the past and recently refused. I've normally been asked if it's ok if a student comes in but here you have no say so! & they don't even have the decency to ask if it's ok! I really don't like that and it may make me change offices again because I'm really not comfortable with that. I understand what a student is and does but I still don't want it. 2. I was told by the clinic manager over the phone that Dr. Natalie Rivera is refusing to perform my surgery because she thinks my behavior at the hospital was inappropriate, so apparently getting upset about receiving inappropriate and inadequate care is inappropriate to her. I think that failing to provide a 30 minute surgery in a timely manner, failing to show empathy and respect, and then not only failing to follow up with me but also refusing to perform my surgery AT ALL is what's inappropriate. That and Fernando Reyes's lack of empathy and adequate assistance. This is American healthcare in Riverside for you. I wasn't even referred to a different surgery provider or given a conversation. Since she wants to deny me healthcare, she should say it to my face. This has been an awful experience and I deserve better. These people's lack of consideration for my health, wellbeing, safety, and time is horrendous. They also apparently lack morals, accountability, and remorse. I should have gotten an apology and a rescheduled surgery on June 29th, the day when Dr. Natalie Rivera, Dr. Samar Nahas, and Dr. Correa failed to provide me with my surgery. Instead, I am still trying to find a new clinic and surgeon.
