During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.

He takes the time, gives a direct access number to patients(which I use often, probably too much) he responds quickly and is very resourceful. The office staff is kind. They get pretty busy, every department, and often don't reply back, unless I text him and tell them I can't get a hold of anyone, and then they call immediately ( and I do mean immediate, I'll still be in the middle of a text message with him and they will call) Other than that, I am very happy with the care I receive.

Leaving a message on their system goes into a black hole that gets no response. The quality of care is not something I would consider safe, many suggestions or advice for care end in hospitalization. The only way you can reach a live person right away is after 5pm because that rings directly to an answering service who will NOT reach out to anyone in the office (office closes at 5pm). The best they can do is an after care nurse after a long delay. You would actually have better luck reaching Tesla over the phone than you would at this place. Noticed the Business owner response below and I called 800-403-4160. Tried to navigate the IVR and finally got to a live person.
