Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. There was never any pressure to sell us anything. They came out and inspected the roof, told us exactly what had to be done. After that he told us that an estimate would be emailed to me. The email arrived the next day with the estimate. Also they stated that if we choose them, to reach out and they would started the process and have us a new roof within 2 weeks (usually). During the process they kept us updated of things. I contacted them at the end of the day, Friday before July 4th. She was off July 4th week. and would respond back the following Monday with a date. The Thursday of that week, we had our roof. They took their time to do it right. They didn't throw it on in 4 hours like some places. They did an excellent job cleaning up and they were respectful of our property. The young lady in charge of the crew, told me she thought for sure that we would have to replace plywood before they could install the materials. Honestly we did too. Streamline Seamless Gutters LLC is an excellent company to work with…read more I was having issues with critters in my attic and gutters overflowing due to the heavy rains. I contacted Hayden to have Streamline come out to assess my roof. They identified some problem areas that needed attention (soffit had come loose, downspout was undersized in one area, gap leading into attic where facia hadn't been properly installed, gutters needed cleaning). Streamline explained to me the issues at hand and how they were going to address them. They gave me a very fair quote and scheduled me in within a week. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and did a great job in cleaning the gutters, repairing the soffit and facia and installing a new 40ft downspout. My roof is at least 50ft off of the ground in some spots and my lot is on a steep incline so this was no straightforward task. They cleaned up the yard after completion of the job, walked me through the work performed and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Overall really good people, professional, excellent communicators, great quality work and fair price. Thank you Hayden and team, you will be my first call for gutter work in the future!

I didn't have to do a thing! We were able to have our roof done a week earlier than anticipated. It took just over two days for our roof to be finished, but it was over three days due to weather conditions. Make sure to over items in your attic or clear it out. We had a lot of wooden debris to deal with afterwards. We also realized, due to an unrelated incident, that a vent pipe in our attic had become dislodged. Be sure to check on these things upon completion, just in case! Check and recheck and recheck your driveway for nails! Chase is wonderful to work with. We spoke to him about all the above issues, and he was respectful and asked if there was anything else he could do. I will definitely recommend Integrity Roofing to others!
