She also makes sure to learn all the participants names to help encourage you along the way....how cool is that? Not only are you getting a personalized workout but did I mention it's affordable? These classes will not break the bank like some of the other downtown gyms...and also you do not need to sign a contract which allows for a lot of flexibilty within your schedule.
