Once I showed him receipts that he downloaded the file, twice, he then blamed us because he couldn't read the particular file type. When I explained that he could have asked for a different file type before he submitted our return, he blamed us again for not checking his work. As if I'm supposed to assume that this "professional" is going to forget an entire W2. Scott was rude, condescending, personally insulting, and derogatory through the entire process. I live in Indianapolis, but got a chance to visit Elevation Center last month while I was in town.
