One stated "look over your documents and give you a price within 24 - 48 hours. Next I walked back in and hand delivered my documents needed to file taxes. Never heard back. One month later I made a phone call to follow up and received an email assuring me "I will get to your return soon" Never heard back. I never received a price, an appointment time, a question, request to sign a return. Nothing - they just didn't file the return. I went back a day after the deadline got my docs - received no apology - and am now looking for a tax prep person once again. 2 months wasted with these people. I strongly suggest using another company.

Tina and her team are absolutely amazing!…read more I recently stepped into my position managing three quick service restaurants as well as its back office, and when I came to Las Vegas Bookkeeping with years of messy books. Tina was able to sort them out and get the department of taxation and the IRS off my company's back. They also completely re-vamped our quickbooks and accounting system, helping us to save time and money. One thing I wish was different was their relationship with ADP. In my experience, ADP has been nothing but problems and if Las Vegas Bookkeeping were able to offer other options for payroll it would make the client experience even better. They also do not offer payroll services in house. other than that, The quality of work they do for their clients goes above and beyond. Tina will answer my call at 7pm if I call her. Definitely worth the price and gives me peace of mind knowing that I've gained a long term business partner with Las Vegas Bookkeeping! Highly recommend.
