When I had to trade in my 12 year old Nissan Quest, the salesman said that that is one of the cleanest cars he has ever inspected. Since I finally got my dream vehicle in Feb. of 2022, I didn't want to have it go through a regular car wash. I wanted it hand washed and detailed. Let me tell you, these guys at Flawless Hand Car Wash & Detail are the BEST!!! I've taken my cars here a few times already. They are meticulous and they pass my OCD inspection. The guys are professional, courteous, and friendly. It's like I am getting a brand new car back every time. Love the shine on the exterior and wheels. They never miss a spot. Love how my car looks after bringing it to Jaime at Medinas Auto Detail…read more While looking at purchasing my car, I really wanted the black optics package but getting it meant pushing me to another tier of model costing an overall expense of 8k. I decided not to do that and looked into chrome delete instead to give me the appearance I was looking for. After being quoted over 1300$ for it by a few shops, I managed to come across Jaime's business. I reached out to him and he called me back immediately. He spoke to me in depth on the phone and quoted me a great price, well under the others. I told him as soon as the car comes in he will have my business. It would take another 4 months for to my car to be built and arrive. during this time, I periodically reached out to Jaime reminding him I was going to use him and to also let him know my husband would be using him as well. He always responded right away. Fast fwd to us both getting our cars within a few days of eachother. we stopped in to speak to Jaime in person and get a real price for all the work we would do. I went in for chrome delete but wound up getting so much more done. I had the windows tinted, the chrome delete, ceramic, front PPF, the calipers painted, and the rims powder coated. My husband did the same to his car as well minus the calipers and rims. Jaime let us drop off our cars immediately upon delivery and he dedicated his time to our cars over the next few days. My car was done in two days and my husband's took a-little longer because he also had it lowered at a different shop that Jaime worked with. Jaime would txt us both photos throughout the process though and always kept us in the loop. He also washed the car for us and made sure it was nice when he handed it back to us. Fair pricing, not over inflated. Jaime is honest and he and his crew are very hardworking. Quality was not sacrificed. When I went to pick my car up it looked so different and I loved it. I did notice though that the front tints were darker than what I had originally asked for. It was supposed to be 35% but was accidentally 20. when I brought it up to Jaime, he made sure to let me know it wasn't going to be an issue and that he would correct it. I bring it back this week actually to be redone. Mistakes happen and it's not a big deal to me. It was how he responded that mattered. Loving how my car looks and knowing it's more protected than before has been wonderful. If I ever need any further work done I know I can count on Jaime and he'll be the first person I call.

I visited this shop for cleaning and detail work a few times, and they always did a great job. This…read moremade me think I could trust them to tint my front windows. Big mistake. After they first tinted my windows, they seemed fine, but the next day, I noticed a few things wrong. They didn't install the tint to cover the edges of the windows (see photos). This left a part of the window not tinted. I also noticed large clusters of bubbles (not water bubbles) from dirt and contamination, which meant the windows weren't properly cleaned before the tints were applied. I returned to the shop and pointed out these issues. They told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and offered to re-do the tints at half price. I was disappointed because why should I pay them again to fix their mistakes? It seemed unethical. I spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he'd talk to his installer and call me back with a resolution, but I never heard from him. I won't be returning to this business. Anyone looking to get tints should look elsewhere. I ended up paying another tint shop to completely re-do the work done here. It's a shame because I was happy with their car washing and detailing services, but the tints ruined it for me.

Not only did my car come back running great but it looked practically brand new because of how great the detailing came out. I believe I had the boss package detail which was around $150 but worth every penny. Car was showroom condition and smelled great inside. The repair costs were also very reasonable and cheaper then most other mechanic shops around the area. And I also checked out the used car side of The Carfather shop and ended up buying a cheaper car at a good deal with financing even though I didn't have the best credit. My overall experience here was really above expectations and the staff were straight forward with me and honest about all costs through the entire process. I will be definitely recommending this place to friends and family, and will be doing further business here as well. Thanks again guys.
