I visited this shop for cleaning and detail work a few times, and they always did a great job. This…read moremade me think I could trust them to tint my front windows. Big mistake. After they first tinted my windows, they seemed fine, but the next day, I noticed a few things wrong. They didn't install the tint to cover the edges of the windows (see photos). This left a part of the window not tinted. I also noticed large clusters of bubbles (not water bubbles) from dirt and contamination, which meant the windows weren't properly cleaned before the tints were applied. I returned to the shop and pointed out these issues. They told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and offered to re-do the tints at half price. I was disappointed because why should I pay them again to fix their mistakes? It seemed unethical. I spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he'd talk to his installer and call me back with a resolution, but I never heard from him. I won't be returning to this business. Anyone looking to get tints should look elsewhere. I ended up paying another tint shop to completely re-do the work done here. It's a shame because I was happy with their car washing and detailing services, but the tints ruined it for me.
