He answered once saying yes. Have not heard from him since. They had no intentions of fixing anything on the car. The business was not even open when we went to make the deal on the car. They do after hour shady business. Stay away from this place. They took the car in to repair because they did not like my review. Now they have had it for 3 days and Dave once again will not answer a text about when it will be done. Texting all day 3 phone calls and Dave finally got on the phone and said sorry your not special. And the plot thickens. It's been over a month and still no plates or registration. After several texts no one will answer. So sorry we found this place.

Rich has demanded that I remove this review and threatened to involve a lawyer in the matter. I have been nothing but understanding with him. Posting truthful and non-slanderous information to a public forum on the Internet regarding this business is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States (see: Reno v. ACLU). In addition, I am of the opinion that Yelp! reviews are supposed to be honest reviews from customers regarding their interactions with businesses. I understand that Rich is upset about my leaving a 1-star review on his business. That is why I gave him three stars and the opportunity to earn my trust back. As I told him, judging by the other reviews on his business, he should have easily been able to earn some cash and get his other two stars. He chose not to do so. Instead, he threatened me with legal action for leaving an honest review of my interaction with his business on a public site. My final comment on this business is a word of caution to other potential customers. Rich is an interesting guy. If you are not prepared to be berated for disagreeing with his views on public discourse, I might suggest looking for a different installer, which is a shame because I hear he does good work.

When West Lake called me they found that the dealer was lying about the the car and the price. I went back to the dealer to resolve the issue and they wanted me to lie to the bank as well to cover up their unethical behavior. They also tried to charge me an additional fee, which they claimed was a bank fee. I found out through the bank that they were lying about that too just so they can make more money off of me. Later on I was informed by the bank that their license was suspended from doing business with them again. TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!
