We called; left a message; and received a call back later that day. I was impressed right up front when the owner (Ken) said he had a full day of work the next business day (a Monday), but would get us in Tuesday morning. He gave us a time, and that morning at 8 am he called to say his Monday job didn't finish up and would it be OK if he pushed us out until 11 am. Totally impresed with this honest approach. It was clear from the start he has a lot of experience and could troubleshoot. Our situation wasn't obvious, but he went through a thorough and what hit me as obvious and concise procss to figure out the issue, and he worked until he had what turned out to be rewiring completed. He is very sure-footed and confident about this work, and he explained when I asked him a question. When it was actually inspected by city enforcement, the work was such poor quality that city inspectors refused to write up a repair report. Cody owes me over $4000 for having to pay for a different electric contractor to come in and fix the hack job that was performed on my property. I've been in construction and buying a selling homes for 30 years. this is by far the worst subcontractor I've ever used in my professional career. The first time I've had to file a small claims lawsuit on a subcontractor for being so unprofessional and refusing to pay me back the money he scammed from me.
