We had our first renters stay for 7 months, moved out, and everything in the house was perfect and the renters paid on time. Maintenance staff was excellent and even gave our tenants a loaner frig when our existing refrigerator broke. Sharon Konrad, our property manger, already got us a new 12 month lease and it has been less than a month since the previous tenants moved out. Simply amazing! Couldn't be happier. I will also say our house is only 3 years old, in very nice, gated community. I also talked to the prior tenants which also had a great experience.

Anyways, we wish we would've stuck with Alliance because I know we would've been treated fairly and respectfully. I'd totally rent from them again.
