Currently, Fisher's is sitting out front of my house on the street making all kinds of noise cutting and chipping another neighbor's tree while I work on a project (I work from home). It's like Fisher's came and parked right in front of me to remind me that they never responded to my inquiry. Lack of response makes a customer feel quite insignificant. I try to be reasonable and courteous because that's how I like to be treated. I have no specific vendetta against the company, but this has been my experience with Fisher's. We worked with Shannon Davis and he was very responsive and kept us updated on everything that was going on, even when there were issues. Every charge was clearly outlined and agreed to before work began. They were very tidy and professional when doing the work. Lots of updates while work was going on. 4 acres of forest mulching totally transformed unusable, overgrown briars and leftovers from timber select cut into totally usable silvopasture for grazing. Better than we imagined and well worth the investment. Update: Our first experience was so good that we chose Red Paw again when we needed additional forest mulching, plus they've shown themselves to be extremely capable in more than just that aspect. They cleared our future homesite and also built us a long gravel drive. Throughout the process, we were kept well informed with calls, texts, pictures and videos; the team was efficient and flexible enough to deal with any challenges and we couldn't be happier with the results.
