We worked with Shannon Davis and he was very responsive and kept us updated on everything that was going on, even when there were issues. Every charge was clearly outlined and agreed to before work began. They were very tidy and professional when doing the work. Best land clearing company we've ever used! Great communication! Easy to coordinate all services remotely via email, text, phone, video and pictures. Extremely responsive. Lots of updates while work was going on. 4 acres of forest mulching totally transformed unusable, overgrown briars and leftovers from timber select cut into totally usable silvopasture for grazing. Better than we imagined and well worth the investment. Update: Our first experience was so good that we chose Red Paw again when we needed additional forest mulching, plus they've shown themselves to be extremely capable in more than just that aspect. They cleared our future homesite and also built us a long gravel drive. Throughout the process, we were kept well informed with calls, texts, pictures and videos; the team was efficient and flexible enough to deal with any challenges and we couldn't be happier with the results. Based on reviews I tried numerous times in the last few months to get an estimate from Red Paw for some tree removal. I filled out their online "scheduled an estimate" form at least 3 times. I called their number at and left my number at least once . I also requested a quote thru Yelp . But despite all my attempts to get a quote from Red Paw I never received a single email, text, or call back/voice msg. I've worked with many tree and land management companies since my home is surrounded by 5 acres of trees. This is by far one of the best companies I've worked with from the beginning to the end of our transaction.  One of the biggest things that stood out to me about this company is DETAIL! DETAIL! DETAIL! Details matters to Red Paw. They'll take the time to explain the what, the how, and the when. They want you to know what they can do, and how they can make your land more appealing and valuable. Once the estimate observation is done, you will receive a very detailed estimate explaining what equipment they will be using and why. From there, you make the final decision if you wish to proceed with them. I'm very glad I did!  The first day the crew came out, they went strong! Nothing was stopping them. BEASTMODE all the way. The next day, they came with the same mission and goals to get the job done and to get it done right. On the final day, the owner will do a walkthrough with you, and if the owner or you see something a little off, his crew will come back in and make it right. Because again, details matter to them. You felt the passion, trust, and positive vibes they have for their customers. They want you to be 101% happy. Sometimes it takes a few pairs of eyes to catch a few things that could've been overlooked by the crew. But as for my property, I am very satisfied and pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company. When I set up a time for an estimate. They got back with me the very next day . When John came to my property for the estimate , he was there on time John is very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He got back with me in a few days with a price .We set up dates for the clearing and they were there ready to rock and roll. They even took the time to help my elderly uncle .
