The good thing about this tag agency is there is quite a bit of parking. On such a busy day, it definitely needed it. However, inside is the opposite. There are about 8 chairs, so this visit had tons of people standing. Apparently one side of the counter handles licenses; the other side handles tags for your car. It took about 20 minutes to get up to the counter. Thankfully, most everyone in the building was doing licenses which was a huge break for me. Once I got to the counter, I was done in about 3 minutes. I'm sure this tag agency wouldn't be too bad on a normal day. When it's clearly busy, steer clear. Granted, once you get to the counter the employees are super quick, but waiting for so long for something that takes a 3 minutes isn't fun. My three stars are primarily for the employees and location.
