Customer service is the main issue. If you have great customer service I feel like a business can thrive. It feels like once she got my money (the owner) she stopped caring to help. From day one I gave my business tax info for them to prepare my taxes and every time we communicated she wrote down a time for us to communicate and the times were never met. If she said she would call me at 3pm, she would call around 7pm. I often tried to call and she never would respond. Her secretary would always say she was busy and that she would call me back. It seemed like I was bothering her when trying to get a hold of her. I text her as well and she would not respond. I emailed and if she did respond but it was due to me telling her in email that she hadn't gotten back to me and this was unprofessional to not respond back with over a week of not hearing back from her. I asked to meet in person to do my taxes and she told me she preferred in person. When she called to do my taxes it was late as previously stated. At 7pm. She acted as if she didn't remember all the papers I had sent her regarding my business tax info. So any question she asked about my business during her phone call trying to prepare my taxes seemed fresh. I was promised a certain amount from my tax return and a few weeks later I got a letter in the mail stating that the amount was incorrect. I sent her the letter asking her to look into this. She took her time responding to it and didn't admit fault. She stated that I didn't verify my dependents SSN and last name. Im not the CPA and I gave her my dependents SSN and info. I think she might not have input my tax credit info that I gave her. But she sure didn't admit fault. I guess I'll just take this as a loss and learning opportunity. But I will never recommend this lady (business) to anybody. It seemed like she was filled with broken promises and once she got your money, it then turned into a scam. I feel bad also because my friend used her and the exact same thing happened to him as well. Don't use this person.

The reason I called was because not only was my refund incorrect from what the cpa said I would get, but the state income that was supposedly paid was not paid. I tried to tell the cpa my Issue. She stopped me before i Could get a word out and stressed she had a meeting and she couldn't deal with me. I asked her since she had already dealt with me if she could find time today to assist me with this issue. She told me no and i had to make an appointment. I told her that i believe this was something that i Shouldn't have to make an appointment for and she insisted it was. I told her that I already paid for a service and I should have some type of priority to get the situation resolved. She told me I paid to get my taxes done and she provided that service already. She said she would send me a link to take an appointment and she hung up on me Abruptly. I will never come back to this unprofessional establishment.

I know tax related stuff can run over time so I expected to…read morewait quite long but Thomas knows how to buffer his clients appropriately. +2 Very good listener. +1 Turnaround time for filing taxes, the # of times I had to follow-up, and willingness to accept scanned documents over emails ... was all in the green zone. If the whole year passes and the "Tax Man" don't come after me, I'll be sure to make it 5 stars ;)

It's family owned and staff were all related. Jacob had plenty of time for me and all my questions and to chit chat. Price was good and affordable.
