Little modifications so gloves don't tear when you put them on, making sure her hair never gets caught on the ring, little things like that. Every time I came to the store front I was met with smiles, you can really tell all the employees love their jobs and want nothing but the best for their customers. At the first design meeting I was up front about my budget, and the owner was very respectful and diligent when designing the ring around my budget. It was never brought up a second time. This made the process very enjoyable and stress free as I new exactly how much everything was going to cost. The owner went out of her way to order custom cut diamonds from New York that where so beautiful she bought them knowing that type of diamond doesn't come around very often. After the fact I can come into the store front when ever is most convenient for me and they will clean my wife's ring and give it a quick once over, if there is anything less than perfect they take care of it right away!
