She contacted me each day with a detailed update. She coordinated beautifully with both Cardiology and Oncology to ensure all disciplines coordinated efforts. The new cardiologist contacted me prior to performing a procedure to ensure I had clarity. By the end of the week I was able to navigate around the hospital without getting lost but there were always helpful staff members who went above and beyond to help guide me. Parking here is horrible. One more I drove around the parking deck for 20 minutes before finally parking in a no parking spot. Because I was on the 5th level I assume they don't monitor it closely. Fortunately I didn't get a ticket or towed. Parking on Saturday and Sunday was easy. Week days are tough. I paid $3 to $4 for parking each day. Someone said that you can purchase a pass which allows unlimited in and outs for the day. I didn't look into that option. Another plus is the food. I ate in the cafeteria. Many food options on the weekdays and limited options on weekends. I didn't get the best chicken Alfredo ever earlier in the week. My husband enjoyed his food as well. All in all, if you have to be hospitalized, Forsyth may be a good option.

I drove to wrong office at first and immediately got on phone with dr. Bremjits office to say i was on the way. they said if you are not here by 2:30 for a 2:20 appt. they would cancel my appointment. i drove in a hurry to get there and then the GPS gave bad directions. immediately called office back to get exact location. when i got to desk at 2:40 they said sorry you are cancelled. i told them i am not rescheduling as i didnt like how i was treated. i will be looking into other providers now perhaps Novant and seek out providers who truly care about your health not someone only looking for a co pay for someone they didn't even see. She just turned three a few days ago, I've never missed one appointment. I've never rescheduled with that being said there's been plenty of times that the provider has specifically told me I could do a call or a video appointment because my daughter was continuously having the same issue and had already been seen multiple times for the same issue very recently. Heather refused and said I had to come in person even though the provider clearly told me when I finally came in person that she would've happily did a phone visit now my daughter turned 3only 2 days ago mind you Airflow sent the providers office a form for her to get free diapers where my hours have been cut back and we're in desperate need of diapers. Heather refused to send it saying that my daughter is behind and needs her three year-old exam well child well considering she just turned 3 only 2days ago, it seems you would be able To complete the forms since she's never missed anything and I have an appointment scheduled for the soonest you could get me in and especially knowing she's out of diapers. There's no compassion or understanding at all with any messages with her.
