Very arrogant manager - and no one watching from higher up to correct. Staffing terrible - there are some great staff but they are stretched so thin that the good ones don't last long. Often 1 staff to 12 residents - a dangerous equation. Wish upper management cared enough to ask why they can't hold onto staff. Feel bad for the residents, all paying $$ to stay there.
